Gate Fees

Unless otherwise stated, Gate fees will be charged daily at the park. Price per person is as follows:

Adults - $8.00

Seniors (65 and Older)- $5.00

Youth (15 and Under) - Free

Sports America Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

• Request must be submitted in writing by the head coach of record as listed on USSSA.
• More than 4 weeks before start date of tournament - Full refund minus $25.
• Less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks before start date of tournament - Full refund minus $50.
• Less than 2 weeks before start date of tournament - NO REFUNDS.
• Request must be submitted in writing by the head coach of the team.
• Teams should allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
• If, for any reason not covered above, a refund is issued, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed.

Rain out Refund Policy:

• No games started. Full refund minus $50. ($50 fee will be waived if entry is moved to another Sports America tournament during the current season).
• One game started - 50% Refund.
• Two games started - NO REFUND.
• All USSSA Sanction Berths and points will be awarded.
• Trophies will be awarded.
