Gate Fees

Unless otherwise stated, Gate fees will be charged daily at the park. Price per person is as follows:

Adults - $8.00

Seniors (65 and Older)- $5.00

Youth (15 and Under) - Free

1-Day Shoot Out Guidelines

Please Read
By entering this tournament, you agree to all of the following:

• In regards to 1-Day Shoot Out 1-day tournaments; due to weather or other circumstances, games may be played on Sunday. It is our goal that every team will only play on 1 day per weekend.
  
• Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the locations of the tournament may change at the last minute.
• Likewise, due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, game times for the tournament are liable to change at the discretion of the tournament director.
• Changes in the above may be communicated through phone call, text, email or notice through our Rainout Line, 816-559-7601.
• Due to the nature of the tournament, there will be no requests for game times.

1-Day Shoot-Out Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

• More than 4 weeks before the start date of the tournament - Full refund minus $100.?
• Less than 4 weeks before the start date of the tournament - NO REFUNDS.

The request must be submitted in writing by the head coach of the team. Teams should allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. If, for any reason not covered above, a refund is issued, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed.

1-Day Shoot Out Rain out Refund Policy:

• No games started. Full refund minus $50.
• One game started - NO REFUNDS.

All USSSA Sanction Berths and points will be awarded. Trophies will be awarded.
