Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
- The request must be submitted in writing by the head coach of record as listed on USSSA.
- More than 4 weeks before the start date of the tournament – Full refund minus $50.
- Less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks before the start date of the tournament – Full refund minus 15%.
- Less than 2 weeks before the start date of the tournament – NO REFUNDS.
- If, for any reason not covered above, a refund is issued, a 15% administrative fee will be assessed.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of the tournament to be initiated, and they should expect 7-10 business days to show back in their accounts once the refund is initiated.
Rainout Policy:
- No games started, full refund minus 15%
(The 15% will be waived if entry is moved to another Sports America Tournament before July 31st). - One game started, 50% refund.
- Two games started, NO REFUND.
- All USSSA-sanctioned berths and points will be awarded.
- Trophies will be awarded.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of the tournament to be initiated, and they should expect 7-10 business days to show back in their accounts once the refund is initiated.
Park Rules
Park Rules – Frank White Sports Complex
To ensure we can hold events at this facility, we need your help enforcing the park policies.
- Teams are encouraged to warm up outside the complex. (The only exception is the first games of the day, and they will use the outfield grass)
- There is plenty of area around the complex.
- Teams are allowed 1 team cooler inside the park for team refreshments.

No sunflower seeds, peanuts, or bubble gum. Anyone with seeds, peanuts, or bubble gum will be asked to leave the facility.

NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED AT FRANK WHITE SPORTS COMPLEX
- All participating players MUST be on your online USSSA roster as a permanent or guest player.
- 14U can use -5 or BBCOR Bats
- No dogs allowed at any of our parks.
- NO DH allowed for ages 9 through 14
