Refund Policy
Tournament Entry Cancellation Policy:
- The request must be submitted in writing by the head coach of record as listed on USSSA.
- More than 4 weeks before the start date of the tournament – Full refund minus $25.
- Less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks before the start date of the tournament – Full refund minus $50.
- Less than 2 weeks before the start date of the tournament – NO REFUNDS.
- If for any reason not covered above, a refund is issued, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of the tournament to be processed.
Rainout Refund Policy:
- No games started, full refund minus $50
($50 will be waived if entry is moved to another Sports America Tournament prior to July 31st). - One game started 50% refund.
- Two games started, NO REFUND.
- All USSSA Sanction Berths and points will be awarded.
- Trophies will be awarded.
- Team Rosters must be online on USSSA.com
- Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date of the tournament to be processed.
